How many times do you go to bed thinking about your day and what didn’t go right?  Or worrying about what is going on in your life?

Guess what?  What you think about right before you drift off to sleep tells your subconscious mind what you want more of.

Instead of going to sleep worrying or thinking about what went wrong or didn’t happen during your day, take a few minutes to go through your day and change what you didn’t like to what you would have liked to happen.

I do this every night and it has made a HUGE difference in my life and it can for you too.  What this technique called revision does is tell your subconscious mind what you DO want and then it goes to work to create that event or circumstance in your life.  It sounds crazy but it 100% works…
