Born on December 4, 1982, in Melbourne, Australia, Nick came into the world facing challenges that seemed insurmountable at first glance. He was born without arms and legs due to a rare condition known as tetra-amelia syndrome. However, Nick’s life is a testament to the indomitable human spirit and the power of unwavering determination.

According to Vujicic’s autobiography, his mother refused to see him or hold him immediately after his birth; instead, she and her husband left the hospital.
