It is a direct to consumer wine club founded in 2014 by David DiStefano. The company is in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and Canada. In 2016, the company began distributing through the network marketing business model.
Products
The wine is sourced from mostly family owned wineries from around the world. Every shipment contains information about the wine and the winery that makes it.

To join as a VIP rewards member, you pay $25 annually and you get:

To join as an affiliate member:
$249.95 to join at the Premium level and that comes with 4 bottles a wine with a 20% discount on reorders
$499.95 to join at the Elite level and that comes with 12 bottles of wine with a 40% discount of reorders
Then you must maintain an autoship of $79.95 a month and sponsor and maintain 2 active members to continue to be qualified to earn with the compensation plan.
Compensation Plan:
You will earn $125 for each affiliate you sponsor at the premium level and $250 at the elite level.
You will earn 20% on retail sales.
The residual compensation plan is paid weekly and it depends on your rank how much you earn.
