The Sedona Method-Learn To Let Go Of Negative Emotions

the sedona method

Wow, life’s experiences sure can be unpredictable! I was thinking about what I should write about and unfortunately, I had something happen today that prompted me to
share the Sedona Method with you.

Well, let’s just say it wasn’t something I wanted to happen, especially on a Friday, but nonetheless, it did. So what did I do? I used the Sedona Method on my way home (I was granted more time than usual as luck would have it due to getting caught up in a lot of traffic). What better way to spend your time than letting go of a negative event or feeling?

I have used this method to let go of unwanted emotions for years and I cannot begin to tell you the impact it has had on my life. Can you imagine what it would be like to have control over your own happiness and not be affected by outside circumstances? To say empowering would be an understatment!

In this video below, I share with you a very simple, yet powerful technique, called the Sedona Method that will allow you to achieve more peace and abundance in your life. Enjoy, and have a very blessed and prosperous weekend!!!

Hi Karen,

thanks for sharing this amazing video.

It’s always the emotions attached to an event that make us trouble, never the event in itself.

We have to get rid of this attachment, seems that the Sedona method is an awesome technique to do that.

Thanks again for this informative and powerful video.

Take care

Oliver

Hi Oliver,

I appreciate your comment and you’re welcome! Yes, you’re right. It’s the emotions around something that give us
trouble and the event itself is neutral.

It is an amazing technique and has worked wonders for me. The method even advocated releasing positive emotions
because then your happiness is not dependent on having certain things. Very powerful.

Have a wonderful weekend,

Karen

Thank you for this important reminder about our real power. I love your closing quote about the inner voices and vision becoming louder than the outer voices. It’s all about enlightened awareness.

Hi Ellen,

Thank you! Yes, do let me know your experiences. By the way, the event that happened the day that
promoted me to share this ended up turning out just fine. It was a situation with a potentially
disasterous outcome, so I believe by releasing, it came out just fine.

Have an awesome weekend!!!

I am yet to try this method but a quote came to mind when considering it. (Lately I find quotes in my mind about almost anything).

Is not the slave of emotion the servant of chaos…
