Hey Karen,
beautiful blog and beautiful message. There must be a reason why I came across your video today. A few hours ago I was sitting on my desk and was engaged in some interesting mind chatter that brought up some dysfunctional feelings. I am fortunate enough to have learned to be conscious enough and notice when this happens and let go at that moment. But what I asked myself today and what I started wondering was “when would I let go of feeling this way about the situation and what has happened?”. I’m not sure that I had a good answer to it then. I just noticed that I kept on getting back to it, not feeling good about it, and kept on letting go, every few days or so but not permanently. And so watching your video and learning about this technique from you I feel really will allow me to soon be able to forgive and move on.

Thanks for stopping by. Glad you enjoyed the post. The Sedona Method sure has made a huge impact in my life. It’s so easy and I use it with my kids when they are scared about something or upset at what one of their friends did. My 13 year old was SO scared after watching a scary movie, I used it with her and it sure did help (she was at a sleepover and I would have NEVER let her watch a movie like that!).
