Steps To Forgiveness, Part 1

by karen on May 6, 2010

Is there someone you need to forgive in your life? When you let go of your past, you can move forward to your future. As Nelson Mandela, the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize has said, “Resentment is like drinking poison and then hoping it will kill your enemies.”

I have known people who have had a silly disagreement with a family member that led them to never speak to their sibling again. Wow, now that’s some resentment! As Nelson Mandela has said, you think you are hurting the other person by not letting go, but you are actually hurting yourself.

Jack Canfield has said he has known people who have forgiven their parents and doubled their income in a few months, as well as their productivity. He has also known others who have forgiven someone from a past harm and have actually been relieved of physical ailments. There was one person in his seminar who finally was able to truly forgive someone who was able release long term migraine headaches within minutes, and people who have had miracles happen in their careers and financial lives.

So, taking the time to let go of the past is definitely worth the effort. And it’s not as hard as you think. So what do you need to do to take your steps to forgiveness? Listen to part 1 of my video below and you will learn a simple technique I learned from the amazing Louise Hay.

Peace and prosperity, my friends!!!

Steven,
It’s great to meet you too. Glad you received value for the method. I have used it many times and it works. I used to it forgive someone who had passed away also and it took a weight off my shoulders. Thanks for stopping by.
