How To Visualize Being A Millionaire Every Day

by karen on February 14, 2010

I have always been fascinated by the accomplishments I have read as a result of using visualization. In my opinion, this is the most underutilized tool we possess, but it is one of the most vital things you can do to reach your goals. This coupled with right action is a powerful combination (yes, remember you must take action too!).

This doesn’t need to take long each day, just 10 to 15 minutes is plenty. Just close your eyes and imagine having already achieved your goal, in as much detail as possible. The most important aspect is that you feel strong feelings of emotion just like you would if it were actually real. Napoleon Hill says emotion is the key factor in having your desires picked up by your subconscious mind.

When I read personal accounts of how someone visualized something over and over again, and then when it came true, it was EXACTLY as it was visualized, I am amazed and intrigued. More importantly, when such accounts are read, it gives you confirmation visualization works for everyone and gives you motivation to use it the same way to get the results you want in your life.

I recently picked up a copy of “Money Masters III” from Jeffery Combs and a part of this CD series contained a CD by Jerry Clark, a self made millionaire in the network marketing industry while still in his 20’s.

Jerry said he had a dream of making over a hundred thousand dollars a month. He said he imagined himself receiving a check for over $100,000, taking it to the bank, waiting in line and there were male and female tellers. He saw himself walking up to the female teller, handing her the check and the teller did a double take.

The teller then took the check over to her manager. The manager made a phone call. The manager came back over with the teller and asked, “What would you like us to do with the check, sir?”

Jerry then imagined himself to say, “You can put it in checking or savings. It doesn’t matter; it comes every month!” Then he imagined himself laughing and then telling them what to do with the check.

He imagined this over and over in his mind, night after night, in the workshop of his imagination.

He said he was setting up a new dominant program in his subconscious mind. The subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between something real and something imagined.

Then, Boom! That became his dominant program. So, do you know what happened?

He ended up getting a check for over $100,000 in one month, he took it to the bank, stood in line, took the check to a female teller, the teller did a double take and took it to her manager. The manager made some kind of phone call, walked back with the teller and guess what they said? “What would you like for us to do with the check, sir?’

And he said he didn’t even have to think about it, it just came out of his mouth automatically, “You can put it in checking or savings. It doesn’t matter; it comes every month.” The sequence of events and words used by everyone were EXACTLY like he had visualized.

millions-of-dollars

The power of visualization to achieve what you want, down to the very last detail, is quite fascinating and exciting to know we all possess this powerful tool.

So, how hard would it be to visualize yourself receiving a check for over $100,000 a month, taking it to the bank, waiting in line, taking it to the teller, having the teller do a double take, taking the check to her manager, the manger making a phone call and then…..well you know the rest of the story.

I challenge everyone who wants to be a millionaire to visualize what Jerry did EVERY night and I want to hear back from you when this comes true for real like it did for him. Remember, it takes time for this to be picked up by the subconscious mind as your new dominant program (replacing the one you currently have of your current financial situation), so continue to do this until you see the money and DO NOT QUIT until you do!

Not sure if you ever heard of Cynthia Stafford, a L.A. area woman who wanted a better life for herself and her kids (including kids she was raising that were her brother’s children after he was killed by a drunk driver). After reading The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy she set her mind on $112 million dollars — winning it in the lottery. For 4 months she wrote it down everyday and every morning and every night she visualized herself holding that check (even down to what she would be wearing) and took it a step further by writing down all the things she would buy, the car(s) she would drive, touring homes she might life, etc. Four months later the Mega Millions hit for $112 million exactly, she put down just $2…and won.

Some may question this, however, she has never tried to make a dime off visualization techniques, or anything (why would she need to?). She has just simply shared her story that anything is possible — if you BELIEVE.

Same goes for Sara Blakely, the CEO and founder of Spanx. She was inspired by Wayne Dyer’s writings and visualized herself some day owning her own company, something that made her millions and was sustainable without her direct supervision. Another goal was to get on Oprah and she visualized sitting on her show. She originally (when she set this goal) was a door-to-door fax machine saleswoman and had no idea how this would happen but she is a believer that if you can see yourself living the life of success you want — the plans and means to make that happen will come; and it sure did. She is worth over $150 million, her company is sustainable without her direct supervision (in fact she has the day to day managed by someone else) and she has appeared on Oprah (twice).

Great article….more people need to realize that their imagination is one of the greatest gifts they were given. Combine that with EFT and really speed up the results.

Something is quite wrong with this theory. I am not saying it hasn’t worked, but I would say it is not a DEPENDABLE method. I have used it consistantly with no noticable results. It might work for some oeople some of the time but it CERTAINLY doesn’t work for ALL people ALL of the time. If it did we would ALL be using it. AND getting results. I personally believe ‘the script is written’. There are a set number of variations on the script but it IS LIMITED. (By ourselves in accord with our life path)

Best wishes to all,
Peter.

Peter,

You are definitely entitled to your own opinion. I have other beliefs.
