Creative Visualization-How To Improve Your Ability

by karen on February 22, 2011

Do you use creative visualization to create your goals?

If not, you are leaving a very powerful creative force that lies within yourself untapped. What is creative visualization? It’s a technique of using your imagination to create what you want in your life. I have said this before; I believe visualization is the most underutilized tool we have for creating the life of our dreams. In another post, I shared how Jerry Clark used creative visualization to earn over $100,000 in a month.

In this video, Vishen Lakhiani shares a way to really improve your ability to use creative visualization. What I find most fascinating is when I read stories of how people used this technique and when it manifested, it was EXACTLY like they had visualized it. I would love to hear your comments below on if you use creative visualization and how it’s helped you in your life. And if you would share this with others, I would appreciate it! Have a wonderful and blessed week!!!

Hey Karen,
Great video, it really describes an easy method to start the visualization process. People understand if you keep it simple.

I have a process called Channeling (visualization & self hypnosis) that use the same thing… great post.

Hi Karen,

Thank you! I love simple practical advice on how to help with those visualisation strategies! I will definitely apply this!

It’s time to go do some image streaming for my dream house! (I’m not really into cars ;-) )

Thanks again for sharing some great advice!

Hi Justine,

You’re welcome. It’s amazing what visualization can create. It becomes very clear when you do what he says in the video. Have fun
thinking of your dream house.

Thanks for stopping by and have an awesome day!!!

Hi Karen,

I use creative visualization, absolutely. I like to think about something positive that I’ve achieved in the past. Once I’m feeling really good about it, I switch to thinking about what I want to achieve now. Hopefully the vibes rub off! Another trick I use, courtesy of Wayne Dyer’s The The Power of Intention, is to imagine I’m on a trolley and easily reaching up to the trolley strap way overhead while letting the trolley take me wherever it wants to go.

Cheers!
Jaime
